Our simple build process is designed to make the journey to your dream home easy and enjoyable!
Step 1: Initial Contact
We understand your time is valuable, so we will promptly phone you to book a no-obligation meeting with us.
We’ll email you with a short questionnaire to help us begin a plan that aligns with your vision for your home.
Step 2: Concept Meeting
We will meet with you to go through your completed and returned questionnaire in more depth.
Our priority is to listen to your concerns, needs and wants. We’ll read “between the lines” for the subtle, informative details.
In this easy stage, we will ask you to openly express what you hope to achieve from your home, how you go about your daily activities and what is truly important in your life. The more information you can provide us, the better.
Feel free to have your sketches, photos and written down thoughts with you.
Step 3: Meeting With Architect
At this stage, our priority is to translate your ideas, desires, needs and concerns into a conceptual design.
An architect distils this large collection of dreams, impressions, and information into a set of sketches which we will review together. During this phase, both the budget and the extent of compatibility of design are discussed.
Step 4: Preliminary Agreement
If the initial design meets your expectations and you wish to move forward, we will arrange a preliminary agreement with you. This proposal allows us to confidently prepare and present an in-depth estimation for you.
Step 5: Fixed Price Costing
Now that your plans are in the process of certification, it’s time to compose your detailed specification and quotation. This outlines what your investment will be prior to commencement of the project.
Step 6: Contract Signed & Start Date Established
Once you are happy with the design, specification, and quoted price, we will then go through all the contract documents and annexures to ensure everything is taken care of including the signing of the contract.
We will propose a start date and prepare for construction to commence on your dream home.
Step 7: Construction
We will issue you a commencement certificate and start construction.
We will have a weekly site meeting where the meeting minutes will be recorded and signed. At these meetings, we will review the construction timeline and discuss any items you wish to raise.
Step 8: Walk Through the Doors of Your Dream Home
Your dream home is complete! The last payment has been received and your new home cleaned thoroughly. The keys are in your hands and your custom new home is ready to be occupied.
But our commitment to you does not stop there. We will organize an 8 week, 6 month and 12 month site visit for any maintenance, ensuring you are still completely satisfied with your beautiful new home.
